Shipping policy

UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days, excluding bank holidays.

Order Cut-Off Times Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

Our Carriers We ship using trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping We ship outside of the UK. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times for international orders are 5-10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at hello@cuffygifts.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
